Ferns

On a very chilly constitutional route march around Porty this cloudy afternoon we spotted these ferns clinging on to the wall. I thought they were quite a good metaphor for our current times. Another three weeks of lock down begins today. Earlier I had a routine medical X-ray check up on my recent bout of pneumonia. I was very impressed by the excellent social distancing in place. An added reason to clap for all key workers this evening.
