Some bright colours from our garden on a very chilly day.

John finished the power washing or water blasting as we found out it is called in N Z while FaceTiming!

Spoke to James and Annabelle this morning. They were chirpy as ever . FaceTimed Euan and Eve this afternoon. All fine there too. Amazing how we have all got used to seeing each other on FaceTime and are quite satisfied with that for now. Kisses and cuddles over the phone are not quite the same, though!

Went a walk but it was a bitterly cold wind. It did seem quieter on our usual route.

Played Scrabble when we came home.

Andrew FaceTimed and gave us a tour of his back garden. It is looking good.

Highlight of today will be the 8pm clap for all key workers....... where would we be without them?
