Hitchcockian dystopia

Inspired by a conversation with colleagues today. 

During a catch up conference call, colleagues were agreeing that it's nice to hear the birdsong more audibly due to reduced traffic and contemplating whether this will be affecting their behaviour, as they can now hear each other without having to raise voices.
One colleague was uneasy; they explained that they take a more Hitchcockian dystopia view. Worrying that now they can hear each other the birds will organise, especially crows and magpies as they're really quite clever.
