Yellow Anemone

Anemone ranunculoides

We bought this about six years ago at the local show of the Alpine Garden Society. It came in a 4 inch plastic pot and probably cost about £4.

Mrs.K. planted it out in the garden and as you can see it has proved to be very good value. In fact a little was transposed to provide a second plant elsewhere in the garden.

In the wild it grows at the edge of woodlands across Northern Europe.
