Cowslip

Our area of young forestry is managed without fertiliser or pesticides, so many wild plants have established and come to the fore in their own season.  Currently there are primroses which have now been followed by clumps of cowslips, which are increasingly rare in these days of intensive agriculture. Our daily walks with the dogs frequently turn up something interesting or new.
