Golden

B a little better today after his physio appointment on the phone, he slept well until 4.am.Now getting around without the aid of crunches baby steeps.
I decided to take Sam around the edge of the lake this morning the sun shining on the popular a couple of people sitting on the seat thy called to me but I have no idea who they were too far away. The weather closed in again so who knows what it's going to do tomorrow its a bit chilly now.
Still haven't got much done on the PC trying to sort out old photos and have a good clean out, didn't get the chance today, I really don't know where the day goes.
