Bread making

Nothing like the smell of homemade bread.

I only used the bread maker to prep the dough then knocked the air out if it, gave it a second prove in a gently warmed oven, then baked it in a hot oven.

I prefer making the loaf in a tin as the bread cuts better for making sandwiches or for fitting in the toaster. You also don't get the awkward hole on the bottom of the loaf when it's baked in the bread maker.
