Bear Hunt

Max was mesmerised watching ‘We’re going on a bear hunt’ today. He knows the book but has never watched the DVD, which came with the book.

Thinking of Michael Rosen and his family today as he struggles with corona virus. I have always had huge respect for him, both as a fantastic children’s author and poet but also as an advocate for education; promoting reading for pleasure and defending creativity over unnecessary testing and a prescriptive curriculum.
I do hope to hear some good news of his recovery soon...
