Leaping

Another glorious day here but still cold early. I had a very pleasurable mooch around the Fye Bridge area.
This young guy was patiently practicing up/down the empty car park with his skate board. He was quite happy for me to snap him and I was happy with the result.

I almost bumped into M, a woman not seen for several years. She'd been in the city on mission to find an Optician who would repair her very elderly mothers glasses. Mother still manages living alone very well but not without glasses. M was near hysterical. My impulse, as I told her, was to hold her. Not today.  I guess countless scenes like this play out across the world.
