Stir-fry
A couple of days ago we had a really disappointing Chinese takeaway, and there was quite a bit of rice left over, so tonight I turned it into tuna, ginger and coriander stir-fry and also added in some other leftover veg that needed using up. I have to say it was delicious, much nicer than the takeaway. And a sense of satisfaction using up bits and pieces cluttering up the fridge. Small pleasures!
Other than that I spent some time doing more repotting on the balcony, did some washing, cleaned the floors, wrote a few emails and chatted with a few friends in the phone.
