Pepper’s Wood

We went out! Weekly trip to the super for the essentials - martini, wine, etc!
Pepper came and we stopped on the way home to give her a run in our local woodland nature reserve where we heard Blackcaps singing, and this wonderful display of spring blossom.
I spent quite a while watering the garden as we still haven’t had a drop of rain and none forecast. The roses have been rather bashed about by those winds yesterday but I guess they will regrow.
It’s amazing how you come to appreciate even shopping trips after three weeks of confinement. I wonder what it will be like when we are let out at last?
