What a veg box!

A local green grocers literally round the corner from us has been closed for yonks. But she’s back with deliveries! Not quite what we needed in there but shall make the best of the fresh stuff! Got loads of apples which me and him don’t really eat ... what can I make with them that kinda hides them in the recipe? Any ideas gratefully received!
