things are definitely looking up here.  Doing my normal job this week (its my colleagues turn at being the junior doctor), finished ward rounds in time to get to sit down in our new lounge for lunch and the whole place seems more relaxed than last week.  Took this whilst walking out through the hospital grounds using an alternative route to my normal corridor .
