Saving the penalty that put husband in bad mood!

I really don't like football. Being there is slightly more bearable than watching on TV as I really don't like the commentators and the noise.

Husband usually goes with his youngest boy (Dink), but Dink wanted to go with his friends to this one. Husband couldn't believe Dink didn't want to go with him! Also he couldn't believe Dink didn't invite him to go with him and his friends. Not sure husband quite gets the fact that Dink is going through the embarrassed by his Dad phase.

So husband started last week trying to get me to go. As I said I really don't like football especially in the winter. Anyway I thought I would go as I could use my long lens and get a good shot.

The game was so bad, I think I could have done better if I had played. It was 1-1 when husband's team missed a penalty (above shot, I had hoped to get the ball in the net!) and then the other team scored a penalty. The other team then got another one and about 5 minutes later husband stood up and said "if you can't be bothered playing, I can't be bothered watching"! So dramatic!!!

I was glad as I was v cold. Anyway mood has improved slightly but it's not great.
