Bad day

Tried to clear planting space. Should have been easy task.
Found cushion to kneel/sit on and got tools. Was going well but I was uncomfortable. Gyp started dropping ball on me and I found it difficult to throw from the ground, but managed. However it got stuck in hedge and Gyp couldn't get it. I got up slowly and with difficulty and got it out. Then overbalanced and fell. Lots of difficulty to get up.

Feel useless and my trousers are filthy.
