Day 105 - So Proud

Today we visited the meadow, a place we visit most days where Mabel enjoys off lead exploring, play and training. Today the meadow was empty or so I thought. With lead off we soon realised we were not alone. A rabbit had heard us and popped it’s head up in the grass. Mabel spotted it and ran towards it! A huge test of her and my recall skills followed. Two calls of “Mabel” and she stopped. The rabbit stopped and Mabel turned and ran back to me. I am so proud of her. I did however put her back on the lead until I was sure the rabbit had headed off. Well done Mabel.
