Sucking up every bit of family

Very much a day of 'I love my family and I don't want to go back to uni' day.
Lunch was spent with my grandmother and aunt. I have been trying to see them all week but they go out more often than I do! I was lucky enough to spend the afternoon with them.

I also popped into to see my mother at work and my father too. My dad gave me a small tour of the new things happening in his business which genuinely excited me - you wouldn't think me a girl to get excited over conservatories and door handles, but I am.
Today's picture was snapped just before I waved goodbye and drove away from my Dad's business. I am so incredibly proud of him and I love going down to see him at work and see everything he has built over the years. He works incredibly hard and he deserves every bit of his success. I also happen to think he's brilliant at what he does, and just in general really.

Tonight I took a big long trip down memory lane and spent hours looking through photo albums and watching very old footage. A lot of it was from my very early years but I also dug out some bits from when my brother was born and growing up. He was definitely the adorable sibling back then, maybe even now haha. I sat up until around 2am in his bedroom, surrounded by his things and missing him a lot. I sent him a message to let him know and I actually got a response from him which sent me to sleep with a smile. Love that kid.
