Downward dog

Missing my pilates classes due to lockdown. It makes a huge difference to my back so I'm trying to keep it up at home. Pilates teacher posted a few youtube videos to keep us on track. Nice to be able to bring my mat out to sun - even if my little pal wants to share it. I think this is her impression of me trying to do pilates!
