Looking sheepish

Another relaxing morning of reading. I really had to push myself to go for a run today but it turned sunny but cool - perfect conditions and ended up nailing 10k. This sheep with its head stuck in a bucket certainly made me laugh along the way.

It was back to do some gardening, well more like instruct S on which things needed doing while I started painting my key workers thank you stone for the garden.

Sad news tonight, Paul may be over the Coronavirus but his organs are now all failing, hope is still there but slim and his poor wife has been told to prepare. A lot of us not used to praying are certainly doing some version of it just now :(
