Rhubarb Cake

I stopped baking when my children left home. It was a good thing as only I was eating the cakes.

I've never excelled at this art. Until this cake- it is divine and staying away is very hard. If there were custard in the house I would succumb instantly.

A day of chat with family. A day to finish off the garden. A week to re-ignite a desire to make more of this time. I've always said if time could just stay still and allow me to catch up.... I don't want to waste the chance.
