Built between 1840 and 1860 and now an arts and entertainment centre. So nice to see these old buildings in continued use, a rare display of common sense from our town planners who have allowed so many wonderful buildings to be destroyed in the name of progress. Just Google Carnegie library Luton and then compare that to the town library that replaced it to see what I mean.
