Mono Monday . . . Negative Space

I admit to finding this hard today.  Every scene I tried couldn't be framed with enough negative space around it.  In the end I have gone for the sky providing the space and the cabbage tree at the front of my house as the subject.  I decided on this image because I liked the distant trees anchoring  the bottom.  When it was just sky and tree, the tree seemed adrift.  Interesting topic Trish, thanks for the practice.
