Raining and cold most of the day. Such a shock after yesterday’s summers day. Impressed myself by going for morning run/ walk - freezing and wet but glad I did it. Then it was ok to eat loads of Easter Sunday lunch , wash it down with a nice Pinot Noir and scoff choc.
Late evening dog walk saw it stop raining and give a short but spectacular sunset .
Regular eve depressing death toll update -very gloomy in Uk. Ireland seems to be flattening curve slightly better but we have a 3 further weeks of lockdown .
Ended the eve by singing and dancing to the Wombles theme tune and then ‘Remember you’re a Womble’ while doing the washing up. Cheered us up no end and shifted our food babies!
