Improvisation

I managed to make a Mary Berry chocolate cake for George's birthday tomorrow.
The cake band is wrapping paper backed with greaseproof and I struggled to find something edible to decorate the top. I found a bottle of choc shot liquid chocolate lurking in the back of the pantry (no dairy and only fruit sugars). It's yummy!
