Starring ..

Magnolia stellata 'Leonard Messel', flowering prolifically this year. It has taken 14 years , but worth waiting for.

This morning's Zoom with the family was fun - chaotic, and chocolate-fuelled, and not a great vehicle for exchanging news, but it was great to see all the happy faces.

After that, well, it was back to the weeding for the afternoon. 

The reward was a lovely meal, cooked by TM, and a nice bottle of red. And then some chocolate. A very decadent day.


 Now watching 'Nest' - compulsive, but not exactly cheerful.

This, on the other hand, I find very cheerful, and if you like choral music, you might enjoy it too.
