Lockdown Easter Eggs
Our family have a tradition of painting and rolling our eggs, as many in this part of the world do.
We decided to get creative this year and instead of painting real ones, which wouldn't get eaten, we found egg shaped stones in the garden to paint. .
This is a tradition that I have also passed on to W's side of the family. His mum and dad set us the challenge of finding ways to roll our eggs in lockdown and we each did this in Penrith, Dalkeith and France, where his sister lives with her family. We set up our egg rolling stunts from the top of our garden shed. B put hers on a zip wire, whilst I pushed mine off the roof of the shed in B's toy camper van. Each of us videoed our attempts and shared them.
A fun way to spend Easter Sunday.
