Morning Fitness Class
Started the day with a fitness class from Paul, via Zoom. Finding that doing something active first thing in the morning is great for good mental health as well as physical. Great fun. Now to finish my book, have a bit of lunch (made a spicy tuna pasta yesterday and there’s enough for a couple more days yet!) and then I will likely tick a couple more jobs off the list and perhaps start a new book or I may even do some creative writing - feeling quite inspired at the moment.
