New Shoes

I had another go at making sourdough this morning - nailed it too! Have treated myself to a proper proving basket as a reward ;)

My new trainers arrived (HOKA One One Speedgoat 4’s for the running geeks), possibly the most comfy trainers ever - love them! I saw two stoats on my run (in different places) but still no swallows, although I know they’re not far off, a friend has seen them down the road a bit.

Sadly, a further set back for Paul. They’d been preparing to bring him out of the coma but now he has a lung infection and the priority is to treat that before doing anything else. He’s really had a dreadful time of it the past few weeks.
