Good friends

Had a nice horsey outdoors day. Stacked a big load hay this morning observing social distancing. Farmer dumped it in the middle of the yard with his tractor spikes then we took it in turns to grab ours. Got Jack in then took Lime round the woods. Absolutely spot on ride. Bluebells are coming out now (can just see them on extra) but all the daffs are over. Seems too early. Lime full of the joys of spring.

Home for lunch then some gardening. The ugly shrub has gone, the new flower bed is dug and the pot luck plants are in. Nell decided the new bed was the perfect place to sit so we had to erect some spaniel proof temporary fencing till the plants are more established.

Took Tobes back to the yard for pm feeds and he had a short ride in school. He's doing so well. Jack wasn't really in the mood as it was quite hot and refused to trot but Toby sorted him out!

BBQ this evening. Can't believe this weather were having but thank goodness it's like this. Lockdown in all those storms and constant rain would have been awful.
