Hubble, Bubble, Toil and Trouble!

Trying out a new bread recipe that involves leaving the dough to rise for a few hours before putting it in the fridge for a least 12 hours before you do anything else with it.
This was it just before going in the fridge. I'm pleased with how active it is as I used out of date flour and out of date yeast that I found in the back of the cupboard! I don't want to have to buy bread at the moment if I can help it, as it's just another bulky thing I have to try and carry home from my weekly shop!
Fingers crossed it turns out well!
