Well that was fun!

Our kids all live in other cities and countries and so our connections are rare. But our relationships are good and enjoyable.

Two of the kids have been in quarantine and have had to wait for their test results. And now two others are awaiting results while waiting at home. So it’s all a bit strange now.

But today one of the kids started a video chat and surprisingly most of us came in on it.

It was good. We laughed and the granddaughters giggled and shouted hellos to one another.

Times like this I really miss them. But I am glad for the technology, that helps us. Especially with the little ones who change so much each week.

It was a stressful few days but this little visit sure did my heart good.

Happy day.
