Lockdown Day 15 - The Good Day

Today was a very relaxed day, woke up and watched the live safaris on the Internet, they're great fun and very interesting to watch too.

This morning J and I took a walk in the garden with our coffees. We're determined to identify all the trees we have, we have over 60 of them. So we went on a hunt and came across many eye catching wonders including this lichen.

The tree we managed to identify today (with a little help from a social media group I belong to) was the Buffalo Thorn Tree. We struggled with this one, checked our book, did a search on my app and still we struggled. But thanks to other like minded people we now know what it is.

This afternoon we watched another very interesting safari on YouTube while relaxing with sleeping kitties then J made some very yummy and almost finished peanut butter biscuits.

It's very calm outside this evening, crickets outside the windows and the lovely sound of the Fiery-necked Night jar calling in the distance.
