Swans Revisited

We did a repeat walk today down to the lake where we saw swans on a nest, we think, a week or so ago. This time I took my telephoto lens. They weren't on the nest today, but they did look majestic swimming on what seems to be their lake.

The extra is a peacock butterfly from yesterday, which for a change I was able to capture quite easily. This one was a bit of a poser, flying off and then returning to the same spot for a close up.

We seem to have got into a routine these days, built around a daily walk and phone calls. Not getting much done at all, although I did defrost the freezer yesterday.
