Lockdown day 28

All those CDs here are new, 'Brazilian' music, and still in their wrappers. We have a lot of 'Brazilian' music, mainly bossa nova, possibly more than any other genre. There's a wonderful shop in Rio in Ipanema, Toca de Vinicius, owned and run by Carlos (who's been blipped several times on our journals), and every time we're there we buy a couple of new cds at his recommendation. Most of them we've kept 'for a rainy day' and when Bb has worked through the Blue Note Collection, we’ll start on this lot. If we have time and remember, before we go to Rio we now take snaps of our Brazilian music shelves to avoid buying doubles!
