Cheese 2: the sequel

Another Neal's Yard purchase, which I've been keeping in the freezer.

Parmigiano San Pietro 2659 is the best Parmigiano-Reggiano I have eaten outside of Italy. Totally unlike anything you will buy in a supermarket over here, it's soft, buttery, sweet and salty all at the same time.
