Cones

I investigated more functions of my camera today and tried out the digital zoom. There are a couple of Sitka spruce trees about 200 yards up the hill from our house and they are absolutely laden with cones so I thought that it would be interesting to see how well the camera could capture them. I was very pleasantly surprised at the power of magnification that I could achieve and I will be trying it out on some other subjects before too long.
