Taking It Easy

He gets into some weird and very uncomfortable looking positions.

I did a wee bit of turning today.
Obviously I haven't been doing enough because what should have taken about 20 minutes took about and hour and a half …….. brain and muscle memory just weren't working properly.
I think I know what I am going to be doing more of over the next few weeks.
