Sink

Today had a definite Friday vibe going on, and when I was doing the washing up I panicked before I thought we had guitar lessons tomorrow and I wanted a lie in.  Be calm, lessons are Saturday.

Started the day doing some algebra to try and help out my friend G at work as her son has a mountain of schoolwork and is finding fractions touch.  (Don't worry, was going through methods not giving answers).  Seems strange that kids are still being taught algebra when the old saying from our school years of 'you wont always have a calculator with you' is now definitely no longer true.  Teach them data analysis instead, it will be much more useful in the future.

Today was fairly laid back, I kept on trying to blip the starlings in the garden but they weren't having any of it.  Strid doesn't help either as she only comes out of the house when you're with her and so as soon as you open the door she's right at her side, and the birds know to stay away.  The evening however was fairly hectic, our delifresh order arrived and now we have all the fruit and veg and flour! Yay!  Then the sister in law range whilst I was putting it away, and another delivery turn up (pictures for the bedroom this time), then Pete came home, then dad came round to drop off beans and marmite peanut butter (its bad, but its good), then friend L rang for a chat.

Not much in the way of blipspiration today, but the sink full of fruit was pretty colourful so I went with that.

Today's Soundtrack: I was made to love her by Stevie Wonder (the husband is currently watching visualisations of James Jamerson basslines and Stevie's pretty catchy)
