Erythronium
I planted quite a lot of these the year before last and they are so prolific and full of life. I have some white ones too. The common name is ‘dogs tooth violet’ which I believe comes from the Latin ‘dens canis’ reflecting the shape of the bulbs!
Planted seeds of Ipomoea and Bells of Ireland; moved two verbena bonariensis from a temporary border and cleared more rubble from the wall border- oh and some weeding!
