So the call we didnt want our daughter has Covid, the test came back this.morning. She is in hospital and of course were very concerned about her.
This would be day 4..
A hot sunny day! and totally unable to concentrate on work..

i went for a early morning run 6am beautiful just a few bus stop people I choose.to run in the road then as never sure they will move.
