Abstract Thursday 250 - Food

This is my fruit bowl, with bananas, apples and oranges.  I have given it a stained glass filter in LunaPic.

Extra, found this insect on the blinds when I opened the curtains this morning.  Must have been there all night, as I had the window open yesterday.  No idea what it is.
