Blue Kelpies Supporting NHS With A Rabbit!

I see in today’s "The National" that the wonderful Kelpies sculpture near Falkirk are being illuminated in blue to support the National Health Service.

Under the current "Go To Jail" restrictions that I am currently subject to I will not be able to see these until after June 19 when I am hopeful of receiving my "Get Out Of Jail Free" card.

I am not complaining, and am completely relaxed about staying at home.

That said, I thought I would create an image of Blue Kelpies from one of the many photos I have taken over the years. The result is today’s Blipfoto.

I chose this particular image because it includes a rabbit.

I was able to speak with Doctor Forster today, from a distance. He is busier than ever, advising two hospitals by remote links and giving lectures to students.

He did confess to feeling guilty, about not doing additional work at the NHS "coalface". Knowing his family circumstances, I quickly remarked that he had no need to feel guilty. His own very specialist work was far more valuable to the NHS.

He did say that that was what his family and colleagues had said as well. I was pleased to hear that.
