log throwing

We had to cut another cypress down today because a couple of the big branches were in danger of falling either on the greenhouse or Stewart’s shed. It didn’t take them long. 3 arrived in 3 different vehicles (social distancing I guess). We left the tangled lower branches as I love the way they’d twisted round each other. We’re going to make a rose archway. Looking for a scented rambler/climber (probably from David Austen). The log he’s just swan off and thrown down, using just one arm, weighed a ton as did all the others.!
