Checking fences (Day 1798)

My day started off with a bit of a rude awakening from Sigyn - nothing makes me get out of bed quicker than the sound of a dog puking on the carpet.
A bit later I headed for Stromness to change a basin tap, a fairly straightforward job for customers I have been to a few times before. I am finding the whole social distancing thing quite odd when visiting customer's houses. Conversations shouted between rooms is not the way I like to work, but hopefully we will return to normal before long.
Back home for coffee, paperwork then lunch and a woofer wander with  my beautiful wife.
The day finished with another trip through to Stromness to help HV move the horses to a different field and put up an electric fence to section the field off. George was keen to find out what I was up to.
