Evening Narcissus

Perdie's lovely narcissi have all fully opened now and are so pretty and dainty. So far I haven't been able to get a shot of them I liked until this evening when the sun was a bit lower in the sky.  I've added an extra to show the little patch of them.

I've also added another excellent photo, taken by Mr Sk early this morning, of a little partridge who had flown in for breakfast. The whole 'partridge family' as we call them were there yesterday morning but he didn't manage to get to my camera in time but today he was lucky to catch this one tucking in to the seed spilt by the other birds.  It seems they like to come early so I may leave an extra handful of sunflower seeds out for them tonight, softie that I am!
