Dribble

Woke up far earlier than I wanted to but....after crossword, coffee and some more of my book I did find mesen dozing off for a wee while longer. Annual leave, no guilt attached.

Indoor cycling today felt like hard work, and very hot work to boot. Even with the carefully-curated killer soundtrack, ahem, to my pedalling.

Image is me (you don't say!) pre-ride, sliced into 10 and then re-assembled at random, using the tried-and-tested 'picking numbers written on scrunched up bits of paper from a bowl' method.
