Southern Fried Chicken

Learned to make one of my favourite unhealthy foods this evening, very nice it was too!

Had meant to get out and take some pictures in the continuingly clement weather but remembered the wine needed racking today (a technical term for syphoning it from one fermenter to another to reduce the yeast flavours in the final wine) and I wouldn't really have time. If it stays nice tomorow I'm off to the botanics for the afternoon.
