Chicken Pilaf Relaunched

Last week I managed to get a 'Roast in a Bag' chicken from the local corner-shop.  It is amazing how a bit of normality can lift the spirit!!

And to make sure that everything was used we finished off what was left in a pilaf; a great use-it-all-up dish, with lashings of soy sauce.
