Chickadee

More birds at the feeders today, so I sat outside and used the EOS R and the adapter with my 70-300.  I'm happy with this shot, but still find I'm not getting as fast of focus and miss lots of shots.  I'm better off with the 5D and the 100-400 on a tripod.  

I'm resting, still on and off with the fever and tight chest, but have been trying to do more deep breathing today and still drinking lots of hot tea and hot water.  Thank you all for your well wishes.
