Exercise time!

So I took the dog out by myself. The boys wanted to use the bikes, we opened the back shutter and they raced up and down the back lane for 20 minutes! Archie managed to launch himself into the tarmac briefly! Worse things happens at sea! A milkshake, some Haribo jellies and a big plaster sorted it!
